Our Head Office premises has been accredited as a Training & Assessment Centre, as approved by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). This essentially means that we have the ability to train staff to BICSc standards through their ten training modules, encompassing all aspects of cleaning methods.
We continually develop and assess training needs through good HR practice and communication across the company. Our training initiatives are fully supported and accredited through various organisations; these external bodies and their regular auditing are essential to us providing up to date, nationally accredited training, fit for purpose. All OCS training programmes are fully compliant with health & safety procedures and environmental laws.
OCS also reward our staff who deliver outstanding service and who go above and beyond the call of duty. These awards- known as ABCD awards- are also offered for long service of 5, 10, 20 years and beyond!
